LARGE-GROUP FACILITATIONS, CIRCLES, AND DIALOGUES

CRC specializes in facilitating conversations with neighborhood groups, organizations, condo associations, boards of directors, apartment buildings, and all sizes of large groups. These are restorative processes that promote deep listening and new understanding, promoting productive conversations that are inclusive and delve into the most difficult and divisive topics, such as racism, homelessness, de-escalation and community safety, and much more.

COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS & CIRCLES are restorative processes that promote deep listening and understanding in large-group settings. Condo associations, boards of directors, neighborhoods, and even whole communities/cities have productive conversations that are inclusive and delve into the most difficult and divisive topics, such as racism, homelessness, de-escalation without police intervention, and much more.

In community dialogues, mediations, school circles, and youth diversion, CRC brings people together to ensure that the humanity in each individual is valued. These processes purposefully challenge practices that traditionally have used whiteness as the norm. Participants increase their social emotional capacity through CRC services, which encourage deep listening, empathy, and perspective-taking, and provide opportunity for healing racial (and other) harms.
