Setting Boundaries in Mediation

Even though participant self-determination is at the core of our mediator principles, setting boundaries during a mediation is a necessary consideration, which may appear contradictory. This webinar will take a look at when it is appropriate and useful to set boundaries, as well as best practices for doing so. We’ll also examine self-determination and neutrality to look at the gray areas of our best practices discussion.
