Expand your mediation practice to include Elder issues! Join us to learn about family dynamics, end of life issues, estate planning, and inheritance. You’ll learn from expert presenters in the fields of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, Health Care Directives, and Powers of Attorney. You’ll also learn about Guardianships, Conservatorships, financial exploitation, and mental capacity issues. This is an introductory course in Elder Mediation for mediators who have already completed the 30 Hour Civil and 40 Hour Family Mediation trainings.
