A la Carte Sessions
Harassment Court Mediation
3 hours of training on: TBD
Learn about Harassment Court and gain experience with hypothetical Harassment Court mediation role plays with experienced coaches to guide your learning. This class will consist of one hour of instructions followed by two experiential role plays (with coaches to guide you) to build your skills.
Domestic Violence and Mediation
8 hours of training on: TBD
Gain deeper insight into Domestic Violence issues and dynamics in families. Learn from experienced professionals about how to screen for Domestic Violence and how to handle these issues in mediation. This class will include many role plays (with coaches to guide you) to help you gain skills and confidence.
Building Cultural Awareness in Family Mediation
2 hours of training on: TBD
Learn from an experienced bi-lingual attorney/mediator about cultural awareness issues that you may experience as a mediator.
Managing High Emotions/Conflict in Family Mediation
2 hours of training on: TBD
Learn from an experienced attorney/mediator about best practices for identifying and responding to high conflict mediation participants.
