Workplace Mediation - Contact RAMP

CRC’s employer/employee and coworker mediation services for the workplace are transferring to Restorative and Mediation Practices (RAMP), a sister organization to CRC with a shared mission and commitment to equitable conflict resolution.

Workplace Conflict Coaching is a one-on-one process where a RAMP conflict coach helps an individual manage and resolve workplace conflicts more effectively.

Workplace Mediation Services -The mediation process is built on voluntary participation and self-determined decision-making which respects the rights of all involved. Workplace Mediation provides a safe environment for individuals, to work through sensitive issues in an open and thorough way with a neutral third-party.  Each participant has a voice and helps to shape any agreement that is reached. RAMP volunteer mediators are trained in a Minnesota Rule114 certified 30 Hour Mediation course to mediate disputes.
