Take the non-judgment challenge and do some self-reflection on judgment and how it may be impacting your mediation practice.
Join us to discuss the importance of non-judgment to your mediation practice and how we can self-regulate during a mediation. We’ll do some fun exercises for practice and reflect on our effect on mediation participants and outcome.1 ADR CE awarded

DIED IN JAIL COMMUNITY DIALOGUE
Join Del Shea Perry of Be Their Voices with dr. raj
for a series of 3 community dialogues to listen, learn, and bear witness to the devastating loss and long-lasting effects on Black, Indigenous, and other families and communities due to neglect in jail systems.
Each week a family will share their experience with losing a loved one in jail. dr raj will help us join together to hold space to listen and to learn to be with one another amidst great tragedies for Black, Indigenous, and other families. We will discuss how these and other injustices affect all of us, and how we can help heal our communities, reduce institutional violence and harms, and help transform systems.

Join us to participate in monthly roleplay sessions. We’ll provide roleplay scenarios and coaches to help you work on relational mediator skills. Then we’ll debrief with a cup of tea or glass of wine. New and experienced mediators are welcome. Please join us to have some fun, social time together and to move your mediation practice forward.
Please sign up at least one week in advance to ensure we have enough coaches to work with each group.
